The Administration Department consists of the Town Manager, Office Manager and Town Treasurer.
Led by Carol Richardson, Town Manager, the Administration Department is responsible for the overall management of all Town departments and has direct responsibility for such functions as fiscal management, contracts, intergovernmental relations, records management, human resources, public meeting, public information, and communications.
In her capacity as Town Manager, Ms. Richardson is both the chief administrative officer of the Town and is the Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Town government.
Ms. Richardson has served as Town Manager since March 2022.
