The Administration Department consists of the Town Manager, Office Manager and Town Treasurer.
Led by Consuella Barbour, Town Manager, the Administration Department is responsible for the overall management of all Town departments and has direct responsibility for such functions as fiscal management, contracts, intergovernmental relations, records management, human resources, public meeting, public information, and communications.
In her capacity as Town Manager, Ms. Barbour is both the chief administrative officer of the Town and is the Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Town government.
Ms. Barbour has served as Town Manager since January 2019.
