Administration
The Administration Department consists of the Town Manager, Office Manager and Town Treasurer.
Led by Michael Fowlkes, Acting Town Manager, the Administration Department is responsible for the overall management of all Town departments and has direct responsibility for such functions as fiscal management, contracts, intergovernmental relations, records management, human resources, public meeting, public information, and communications.
In his capacity as Acting Town Manager, Mr. Fowlkes is both the chief administrative officer of the Town and is the Human Resources Manager. He is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Town government.
