New Design For Old Firehouse / Community Outreach Center

Announcement to the Cottage City Community

We are pleased to unveil the proposed design concepts for the Old Firehouse / Community Outreach Center, created by Stefanie Tincher of Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects.

These proposed designs will be presented and discussed during the Town Work Session and Regular Town Meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:30 PM.(Town Hall)

We encourage all residents to attend and share their feedback on the proposed designs. Your input is an important part of shaping this exciting community project, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts.
