On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, the Town proudly held the swearing-in ceremony for Commissioner Joshua Durant, Ward 2, Commissioner Wanda Wheatley, Ward 3, and Commissioner Tommy Campos, Ward 4. The ceremony marked the beginning of a new term of service and leadership for the Town.
The Town also extends its sincere appreciation to outgoing Commissioners Demetrius Givens and Reney Henderson, Sr. for their dedicated service and contributions to the community. Their commitment and hard work have helped move Cottage City forward, and we thank them for their years of public service.
